About me
Michaella Afful, DNP, MS, CRNP, AGNP, is a certified registered nurse practitioner who specializes in providing comprehensive care for patients diagnosed with various types of cancers, with a particular focus on breast, lung, and colorectal malignancies. She has more than 18 years of registered nursing experience in oncology, oncology clinical research, clinical data management, and informatics.
Michaella provides holistic patient care and builds positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams. She is skilled in managing personalized treatment plans for older patients diagnosed with cancer, many of whom have complex medical histories and other comorbidities that need to be considered.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Michaella has extensive clinical research expertise dedicated to developing better treatments for patients with cancer through numerous studies and clinical trials.
